Return & Exchange Policy

Azlaan offers 7 days return and exchange policy for our customers if,

. Request is made within the specified time limit.

.Item is found faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.

.The product received is different from what has been ordered.

In such cases, please file a complaint within 7 days of receiving your order at cs@azlaan.pk.

Kindly email pictures of the defective item on the email and we shall revert back to you within 3 working days to resolve the issue.

Once we receive the item, either the same item or other item of same value will be dispatched to you.

In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
